I wanted to take the time to personally thank you for not only taking good care of Jasmine, but you also helped her grow. She came to you as a lovable, unruly, stubborn puppy and she came home a different dog. She is still lovable (if not more so) and can still be stubborn, but now she has a calmness and is behaved.
I think your program is great! Not only do you help the dog to understand its role, but you also help the “mommies” and “daddies” learn their role as well. I learned a lot from you and so did Jasmine. I love the fact that you do not teach based on bribery of treats, but, instead, with positive reinforcement and love. You have a gift, and it shows.
I have, and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know who is looking for help with their dogs. I, also, love the fact that you want to stay involved in their lives, and continue to work with them even after they have left your academy. Jasmine loves you and we both thank you so much.
