We just wanted to take a moment to thank you and for all that you have done for Casey. She is now at about her 5-month anniversary from “graduating” and we couldn’t be more pleased. She is a delight to be around and everybody who knew her “before” is just as amazed as we are at her transformation.
It is funny to think that before we brought her to you, we thought she was a sweet, but not-too-bright dog. While we enjoyed her energy when we were relaxed on the weekend, at the end of the day after work, she was more than we could handle. We tried many methods to just be able to walk her around the block without her dragging us behind her: The “Gentle Leader,” Command Performance videos, etc. Thank goodness Tina referred us to you; we would never have gotten rid of her, but we are much happier to have her now!
The one thing that troubled me in the very beginning, when we came to secretly observe her for the first time, was that she was going to love you more than she loved us! Fortunately, she still loves us and looks at us now with that “you’re the greatest thing on the planet” look that she gave you that first day as you were putting her through her paces.
Even though its’ been 5 months, she still loves to “work out” and we have a good time with that. Thank you for getting to know our dog, and us, well enough to have helped us all become the perfect match. We appreciate your ongoing support and encouragement, and are now proud to bring Casey back to you for boarding instead of apologizing for her behavior.
